Introduction to Manufacturing Process Requirements for Industrial Ceiling Fan Motor Wheel Hub

The wheel hub that everyone is familiar with is the car wheel hub that is often seen in daily life. It is a metal component that supports the center of the tire, installed on the axle, and plays an important role in the safety of the car. The hub is also used for large industrial fans, and the hub chassis is used to connect the blades. It is extremely important to reduce the weight of the entire machine, ensure the dynamic balance of the fan, and improve the efficiency of the motor, so high requirements are placed on the material and manufacturing process of the wheel hub.

 

The fastening device for the output shaft of the industrial ceiling fan deceleration motor securely connects the hub and output shaft together, forming a self-locking structure that ensures reliable fastening of the hub and output shaft even if the bolts at the end of the output shaft become loose. The integrated wheel hub is equipped with five sets of irregular mounting holes, embedded with five irregular fasteners, and a unique rubber vibration isolation device is designed at the edge of the wheel hub. When the blade is strongly impacted by external forces, the device can absorb the impact energy, greatly buffering the impact of external forces on the connection between the hub and the stem, and enhancing the reliability of the connection.

 

The continuous improvement of the wheel hub connection mechanism can ensure a better safety factor for the entire machine. The wheel hub is made of 7075 aviation grade aluminum material, processed by CNC lathe, CNC precision machining technology, and dynamic balance detection, making the wheel hub height consistent, the metal streamline complete, and the chassis have good mechanical performance. After CNC machining, the precision tolerance of the wheel hub is controlled at 100 μ m, ensuring the precise dynamic balance of the chassis. The reliable service life of the wheel hub is about 40 years, and it can withstand 10 times the structural strength of the fan, ensuring the tolerance and dynamic balance of large industrial fans. Its accuracy is as precise and reliable as that of car wheels.
