Aloe Fans have our own PMSM motor production line for HVLS fan, daily production capacity is 200 sets.
In this motor prodution, we adopts N48SHT magnet steel which has strong magnetic force and can anti 170℃ high tempreture, UL approveled enameled wire which can anti 200℃. Before motor assembly, every motor core must pass the test of AC withstand voltage test standard 2200V in 7S 安and insulation resistance to ground 500MΩ, which is the top class in this industry.
The high testing standards and raw materials of the motors ensure the product characteristics of our HVLS fans, such as high torque 230Nm, large air volume 14500m3/min, long life over 10 years and a failure rate of 0.2%.
