Permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system
This product uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as the driving core, with a motor efficiency of up to 81.5%, which is significantly higher than the traditional asynchronous motor and gearbox drive system. The motor is equipped with NdFeB48SHT magnetic steel (temperature resistance 170℃) and ESSEX® brand enameled wire (temperature resistance 200℃), which has excellent thermal stability and long-term operation reliability. The power consumption of the whole machine under the maximum wind speed condition is only 1.5kWh, no lubricating oil is required, there is no gear transmission loss, and it is completely maintenance-free. It is suitable for high-frequency and long-term operation industrial environments.
Fluid power optimization design
The fan blades are made of 6063-T6 magnesium-aluminum alloy material, which has good strength and fatigue resistance. The cross-section of the fan blades is a streamlined propeller structure, which optimizes the airflow path, reduces wind resistance, and improves air delivery efficiency. The air volume ranges from 6950 to 13850 cubic meters per minute, depending on the model configuration; under the condition of wind speed ≥1m/s, the effective air supply coverage area can reach 1100 square meters. The speed range is 10–100 RPM, and low speed can achieve a wide range of soft air supply, which helps the internal air circulation of the factory, reduces heat accumulation, and improves the comfort of the working environment.
High-strength structural design
The whole machine structure reinforcement design covers the fan body, connection parts and safety clamps. The thickness of a single fan blade is 2mm and the width is 180mm. It is equipped with a double reinforcement rib structure to effectively disperse the stress load during rotation and avoid material fatigue caused by long-term operation. The fan blade connector uses 45# steel material with a thickness of 15mm, a connection length of 15cm, and a force-bearing area of 195 square centimeters, which can effectively disperse the force and reduce the wear of the connection point. The external double-sided reinforced clamp structure can prevent the nut from damaging the fan blade during installation, while improving the safety level of the overall structure and ensuring the mechanical stability of the equipment under long-term operation.
Industrial-grade intelligent control system
Equipped with an integrated variable frequency control system with an IP55 protection level, it is suitable for use in industrial environments with dust, moisture and other influencing factors. The controller supports basic functions such as start, stop, stepless speed regulation, status indication, etc., and has multiple electrical safety protection mechanisms such as overload protection, phase loss protection, voltage surge suppression, etc. to ensure stable operation of the equipment. The system supports 220V and 380V voltage access and is compatible with a variety of industrial power grids. At the same time, it can be equipped with BMS building management system or THI third-party control interface to realize centralized joint control and remote management of multiple fans to meet the operation needs of intelligent factories.
