Factory HVLS Fans are high-efficiency, low-speed fans designed for large industrial spaces. They are usually between 5 and 7 meters in diameter and can move large amounts of air at low speeds. The core component is a brushless DC (BLDC) motor, which is highly efficient and energy-efficient. The fan blades are specially designed to produce uniform, stable and gentle airflow, improving air circulation. The fan is suitable for large open spaces such as factories, warehouses, gymnasiums, etc., and can provide a comfortable working environment all year round.

Large diameter six-blade structure design
Factory HVLS Fans adopts a six-blade structure, and the blade material is 6063-T6 magnesium-aluminum alloy, which has high strength and good fatigue resistance. The surface of the fan blade is a streamlined propeller section, combined with the structural dimension design of 2mm thickness and 180mm width, which effectively reduces air resistance and improves transmission efficiency. Each blade is equipped with reinforcement ribs to prevent cracks or deformation due to fatigue during long-term operation. The fan can achieve stable low-speed operation of 10~58 RPM, while maintaining low noise, through large-diameter rotation to form a high volume flow airflow output. Taking the Aloemax 7.3m model as an example, the measured maximum air volume is 13850 m³/min, and the wind speed is still ≥1m/s at a radius of 17 meters from the center of the fan (1 meter measured from the ground). The effective air supply coverage area can reach 1100 square meters, especially suitable for working areas with a factory building height of more than 8 meters and open lateral space. Unlike high-frequency, directional small fans, HVLS fans promote overall mixing of air through stable airflow to form a uniform ventilation effect.
Precision manufacturing and low noise control
Factory HVLS Fans use low backlash precision assembly technology during assembly, and key transmission components are ground to effectively reduce mechanical noise caused by bearing displacement, part meshing friction, etc. In addition, a high-precision dynamic balancing adjustment process is used to control the vibration amplitude of the entire fan to an extremely low range during rotation. The noise of the whole machine is kept at around 40 decibels during operation, which is lower than most industrial air-conditioning systems and traditional high-speed fans. The noise source of the fan mainly comes from the friction sound of the airflow, rather than the mechanical drive noise. Therefore, the noise frequency is low, continuous and stable, and it is suitable for use in environments with operational concentration requirements, such as electronic assembly workshops, precision manufacturing areas, etc.
Support intelligent joint control and remote management
Factory HVLS Fans are equipped with an integrated variable frequency controller with IP55 protection level. The panel is equipped with a start/stop button, a stepless speed knob and a status indicator light, and users can accurately adjust the wind speed according to actual needs. The controller is equipped with multiple safety mechanisms such as overload protection, voltage surge protection, and phase loss protection to ensure continuous and safe operation under power grid fluctuations or complex load conditions. In addition, the fan supports the reversal function, which can push warm air from the top to the bottom in winter, improve the efficiency of the heating system, and meet the needs of year-round operation. The product also supports connection to BMS (Building Management System) or THI (Third-Party Industrial Interface) to achieve unified scheduling and remote control of multiple devices, which is convenient for centralized management of the operating status of multiple groups of fans in large factories and improves energy scheduling efficiency.
