Large Air Volume
Our fitness ceiling fans have a diameter of 7.3 meters and can effectively cover an area of up to 1,100 square meters. Compared with traditional fans with concentrated wind power and small coverage, our fans can form a stable horizontal airflow layer throughout the fitness venue, allowing every user to feel uniform airflow. It can also avoid dead corners of air stagnation and prevent the phenomenon of local stuffiness in the room.
Safety Protection Mechanism
We use multiple safety protection mechanisms, including automatic balancing system, overload protection and emergency brake device. The automatic balancing system can monitor the running status of the blades in real time, and immediately adjust the speed or stop the operation once an imbalance is detected. The overload protection function can automatically cut off the power supply when the current is abnormal to prevent the motor from burning. In addition, the emergency brake device can complete the braking within 0.5 seconds in unexpected situations, which is 40% faster than the industry standard.
Strong Wind Output
Our fitness ceiling fan is equipped with a powerful 1.5 kilowatt motor, so it can deliver up to 13,850 cubic meters of air per minute. In a fitness scene with dense crowds and high exercise intensity, the humidity, sweat, and CO₂ concentration in the air will rise rapidly. The ultra-large air volume output means that the ceiling fan can complete air replacement in a very short time to keep the indoor air fresh.

Product components
PMSM Motor
The HVLS fan is directly driven by a domestically manufactured Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), eliminating the need for a gearbox.
No transmission lubricant is required, making the motor maintenance-free, with an efficiency of up to 81.5%.
It features a protection rating of IP55, offering both energy efficiency and reliability, with a service life exceeding 10 years.
The motor weighs 42.5 kilograms and consumes only 1.5 kilowatt-hours per hour at maximum wind speed.

Frequency Conversion Speed Controller
The integrated control inverter features an IP55 protection rating and is equipped with start/stop buttons, a stepless speed adjustment knob, and indicator lights.
It provides comprehensive protection functions, including overload protection, voltage surge protection, and phase loss protection.
Customized controller configurations can be provided according to customer requirements.

Fan Blades
Constructed from 6063-T6 magnesium-aluminum alloy, the blades offer high strength and durability.
The blade cross-section adopts a propeller-like aerodynamic profile, delivering low wind resistance and high energy efficiency.
Each blade features a 2 mm thick, dual-rib, over-reinforced structure with a width of 180 mm, effectively preventing blade fatigue and fracture.

Fan Blade Connector
Made of No. 45 steel with a thickness of 15 mm, the plug-in connector fully engages with the reinforced section of the fan blade.
The connection length reaches 15 cm, with a stress-bearing area of 195 cm², which helps disperse mechanical stress and minimize wear on the blades caused by the connector, thereby ensuring operational safety.

External Reinforced Clamp
The dual-sided external clamp-type blade reinforcement structure enhances overall safety by preventing installation errors.
It avoids potential structural damage caused by improper tightening of nuts, thereby eliminating safety hazards during installation and operation.
