Fitness Wall Fans

A fitness wall fan is an electric fan fixed on the wall, usually used in gyms, dance studios, yoga studios and other sports venues to achieve local cooling and promote air circulation.

Powerful Air Supply
The maximum air supply distance of our fitness wall fan can reach 38 meters, and the wind speed is up to 7 meters per second. This means that even if it is installed in a corner of a large gym, it can deliver cool air to the other end of the room. This feature not only makes the installation location of the fan more flexible, but also allows users to achieve a wider range of cooling with less equipment.

Efficient Heat Dissipation
Our fitness wall fan adopts a 5-blade design with a blade diameter of 30 inches, which is 20% larger than ordinary wall fans. This enables it to provide a larger air volume at the same power, and can deliver up to 5,600 cubic feet of air flow per minute. Compared with traditional fans, our products can reduce the temperature of a 100 square meter fitness area by 3-5°C in 15 minutes, providing athletes with a more comfortable and cool exercise environment.

Low-noise Operation
Our fitness wall fans use brushless DC motor technology, and we also add a sound insulation layer to the outside of the motor to keep the operating noise below 45 decibels. This is 15-20 decibels lower than ordinary wall-mounted fans, equivalent to the ambient volume of a library. Even when running at full speed, it will not interfere with the coach's guidance or communication between students.

Multi-function Remote Control Operation
Our fitness wall fans are equipped with a multi-function remote control. Users can adjust the wind speed within a range of 10 meters (a total of 5 adjustable gears), set the automatic shutdown time (1-8 hours optional), and control the 90° left and right shaking function. Compared with traditional fans that require manual adjustment, our remote control system greatly improves the convenience of use, allowing coaches to adjust the fan status at any time according to course needs without interrupting training.

PMSM Motor
The HVLS fan is directly driven by a domestically manufactured Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), eliminating the need for a gearbox.
No transmission lubricant is required, making the motor maintenance-free, with an efficiency of up to 81.5%.
It features a protection rating of IP55, offering both energy efficiency and reliability, with a service life exceeding 10 years.
The motor weighs 42.5 kilograms and consumes only 1.5 kilowatt-hours per hour at maximum wind speed.

Frequency Conversion Speed Controller
The integrated control inverter features an IP55 protection rating and is equipped with start/stop buttons, a stepless speed adjustment knob, and indicator lights.
It provides comprehensive protection functions, including overload protection, voltage surge protection, and phase loss protection.
Customized controller configurations can be provided according to customer requirements.

Fan Blades
Constructed from 6063-T6 magnesium-aluminum alloy, the blades offer high strength and durability.
The blade cross-section adopts a propeller-like aerodynamic profile, delivering low wind resistance and high energy efficiency.
Each blade features a 2 mm thick, dual-rib, over-reinforced structure with a width of 180 mm, effectively preventing blade fatigue and fracture.

Fan Blade Connector
Made of No. 45 steel with a thickness of 15 mm, the plug-in connector fully engages with the reinforced section of the fan blade.
The connection length reaches 15 cm, with a stress-bearing area of 195 cm², which helps disperse mechanical stress and minimize wear on the blades caused by the connector, thereby ensuring operational safety.

External Reinforced Clamp
The dual-sided external clamp-type blade reinforcement structure enhances overall safety by preventing installation errors.
It avoids potential structural damage caused by improper tightening of nuts, thereby eliminating safety hazards during installation and operation.
