Warehouse HVLS Fans (High Volume Low Speed ​​Fans) are industrial ceiling fans designed for large space environments. They adopt a low speed, large diameter design concept to improve temperature uniformity and air quality in the space through efficient air circulation. The design and function of HVLS fans enable them to improve air circulation, energy saving and consumption reduction, and improve employee comfort in large warehouses, production workshops, gymnasiums and other spaces.

 

 

 

Advantages

 

Wide coverage area
The HVLS fan pushes a large volume of air at a low speed through a large-diameter multi-blade structure, achieving a wide-area, low-disturbance continuous air supply effect. Taking Aloemax 7.3 as an example, its fan blade diameter is 7.3 meters, the maximum air volume is 13,850 cubic meters/minute, and the effective coverage area can reach 1,100 square meters. When the fan blade is 8 meters above the ground, the wind speed at 17 meters from the center of the fan is still maintained at more than 1 meter/second. Uniform wind speed distribution can be achieved within the effective coverage range, eliminating thermal stratification. The six-blade fan is made of 6063-T6 magnesium-aluminum alloy material, with a streamlined propeller cross-section structure and low wind resistance. The overall strength is improved by double reinforcement ribs and 2 mm blade thickness, maintaining wind speed stability without increasing energy consumption. The fan blade connection adopts a 15 mm thick 45 steel plug-in structure, with a force contact area of ​​195 square centimeters, which effectively disperses stress, reduces structural fatigue, and ensures stable wind speed and uniform airflow during long-term operation.

 

High operating efficiency
The HVLS fan is equipped with a self-developed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), which eliminates the traditional gear structure, reduces the rotating parts, reduces friction loss, and the motor efficiency is as high as 81.5%. The motor uses ESSEX® magnetic wire with a temperature resistance of 200℃ and N48SHT permanent magnet steel with a temperature resistance of 170℃ to ensure that the efficiency is not reduced in high temperature and high load environments. Taking Aloemax 7.3 as an example, when running at maximum wind speed, the motor power is 1.5 kilowatts, which can cover more than 1,000 square meters of space per unit time, consuming only 1.5 kilowatt-hours of electricity, and the energy utilization rate is much higher than that of traditional small high-speed fans or duct air supply systems. The energy consumption range of different models of products is between 0.3 and 1.5 kilowatt-hours. Users can flexibly select according to the size of the site to achieve precise energy-saving control. The operating noise of the product is controlled at around 40 decibels, which meets the low noise requirements of most industrial and storage spaces, and will not cause additional environmental interference during continuous operation.

 

Reliable safety performance
The core components of the HVLS fan are reinforced to ensure that the equipment has sufficient mechanical safety margin under high load, large diameter, high-altitude suspension and other operating conditions. The fan blade structure adopts an external clamp-type double-sided reinforced connection to prevent damage to the fan blade structure due to installation errors and reduce installation safety hazards. The connection parts are made of high-strength steel and thickened design, with a plug-in length of 15 cm and a large contact area to effectively prevent loosening or stress concentration due to long-term operation. The whole machine is designed to achieve IP55 protection level, which can effectively prevent dust and water vapor from entering the motor and control system, and maintain normal operation in dusty and high-humidity industrial environments. The product has passed multiple certifications such as CCC, CE and UL.
