Description
Warehouse Wall Fans are wall-mounted ventilation equipment designed for industrial environments and are widely used in large enclosed spaces such as warehouses, factories, and workshops. Their structure usually includes a metal casing, reinforced blades, and a high-efficiency motor, designed to provide strong airflow and stable operating performance. The fans are available in a variety of sizes, with the most common ones being 20 inches, 24 inches, 26 inches, and 30 inches, to meet the ventilation needs of different spaces. Depending on the model, the air volume can reach thousands to tens of thousands of cubic meters per hour, meeting the air circulation requirements of large areas. Motor types include AC motors and brushless DC motors (BLDC), the latter of which has higher energy efficiency and lower noise levels. In addition, some models are equipped with built-in thermal protection devices to prevent overload operation. The installation method is wall-mounted, saving floor space and suitable for places with limited space.

Efficient air supply performance
Warehouse Wall Fans have the ability to deliver large air volume and long distances. Taking the Aloesmart 2.0 model as an example, the fan has a maximum diameter of 2 meters and is equipped with a 300W permanent magnet synchronous motor. The maximum air volume can reach 5,600 cubic meters/hour, the maximum air supply distance exceeds 38 meters, and the wind speed ranges from 7m/s to 1.5m/s, which can achieve large-area air flow and balanced distribution. This structure is suitable for storage scenarios with large spatial spans to reduce air stagnation and heat accumulation. The fan achieves high air supply efficiency at a low speed of 130 RPM. Its propeller-type fan blade design reduces air resistance, improves air output efficiency, and avoids energy waste.
High energy efficiency ratio
This type of wall fan adopts a gearless direct drive structure and is equipped with a PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor). The motor efficiency can reach 81.5%, which is about 10%-15% higher than the efficiency of traditional asynchronous motors. Even at maximum wind speed, the whole machine consumes only 0.3 kWh of electricity per hour, which is much lower than central air conditioning or high-power blower systems. The fan is used daily, calculated as 10 hours per day, and the monthly power consumption is about 90 kWh, which has energy-saving effects.
Stable structure
The fan blades are made of 6063-T6 magnesium-aluminum alloy, which has high strength, light weight and fatigue resistance. The cross section of the blade is an aerodynamic propeller streamlined design with a double reinforcement rib structure. The blade thickness is 2mm and the width is 180mm, ensuring that structural fatigue cracks are not easily generated during long-term operation. The connection between the fan blade and the axis is made of No.45 high-strength steel, with a plug-in length of 15cm and a contact area of 195cm². Combined with a double-sided clamping external reinforcement structure, it reduces the hidden dangers caused by the concentrated force of the fan blade during operation, and improves the overall mechanical strength and long-term operation safety.
