Factory Wall Fans

Factory wall fans are wall-mounted electric fans designed for large industrial sites such as factories, workshops, and warehouses. Their main function is to enhance air circulation, cool and dissipate heat, and dissipate odor and dust, thereby improving the comfort of the working environment.

Efficient Heat Dissipation
The number of blades of our factory wall fans has increased to 5, which improves the heat dissipation efficiency by about 40% compared with the traditional 3-blade design. In a closed space at 35°C and without ventilation, our wall fans can reduce the temperature of a 100 square meter space by 3-5°C within 10 minutes, far exceeding the 1-2°C cooling effect of ordinary wall fans.

Strong Power
Our factory wall fans are equipped with high-performance DC brushless motors with a maximum power of 300W, which is more than 60% higher than ordinary AC motors. This motor can generate stronger wind force at the same power consumption. Test data shows that our fans can reach a wind speed of 8m/s at the highest speed and a coverage range of up to 12 meters, ensuring sufficient air circulation even in large workshops or warehouses.

Low Noise
Our engineering team uses computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology to optimize the blade structure, reduce airflow turbulence, and thus reduce noise. At the highest speed, the noise level of our wall fans is only 40dB, which is 15dB lower than the average of similar products and is equivalent to the background volume of an ordinary office. This helps improve employee work efficiency and reduce the risk of occupational diseases.

PMSM Motor
The HVLS fan is directly driven by a domestically manufactured Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), eliminating the need for a gearbox.
No transmission lubricant is required, making the motor maintenance-free, with an efficiency of up to 81.5%.
It features a protection rating of IP55, offering both energy efficiency and reliability, with a service life exceeding 10 years.
The motor weighs 42.5 kilograms and consumes only 1.5 kilowatt-hours per hour at maximum wind speed.

Frequency Conversion Speed Controller
The integrated control inverter features an IP55 protection rating and is equipped with start/stop buttons, a stepless speed adjustment knob, and indicator lights.
It provides comprehensive protection functions, including overload protection, voltage surge protection, and phase loss protection.
Customized controller configurations can be provided according to customer requirements.

Fan Blades
Constructed from 6063-T6 magnesium-aluminum alloy, the blades offer high strength and durability.
The blade cross-section adopts a propeller-like aerodynamic profile, delivering low wind resistance and high energy efficiency.
Each blade features a 2 mm thick, dual-rib, over-reinforced structure with a width of 180 mm, effectively preventing blade fatigue and fracture.

Fan Blade Connector
Made of No. 45 steel with a thickness of 15 mm, the plug-in connector fully engages with the reinforced section of the fan blade.
The connection length reaches 15 cm, with a stress-bearing area of 195 cm², which helps disperse mechanical stress and minimize wear on the blades caused by the connector, thereby ensuring operational safety.

External Reinforced Clamp
The dual-sided external clamp-type blade reinforcement structure enhances overall safety by preventing installation errors.
It avoids potential structural damage caused by improper tightening of nuts, thereby eliminating safety hazards during installation and operation.
